What are the OPD timings?
ओपीडी का समय क्या है?
OPD runs Monday to Saturday — 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call before you visit: +91 94152 11144.

Will treatment be free with an Ayushman card?
क्या आयुष्मान कार्ड से इलाज निःशुल्क होगा?
We are empanelled under Ayushman Bharat, and treatment for eligible patients may be fully covered. Coverage depends on your card and the treatment required — bring your card and our team will guide you through it.
हम आयुष्मान भारत योजना में मान्यता प्राप्त हैं और पात्र मरीज़ों का इलाज पूरी तरह निःशुल्क हो सकता है। अपना कार्ड लेकर आएँ, हमारी टीम पूरी जानकारी देगी।
Visiting for the first time — what should we bring?

Bring all existing test reports, biopsy/scan results if any, a list of current medicines, Aadhaar card and Ayushman card (if you have one). You can also email reports ahead to dchmh@hotmail.com.
अब तक की सभी जाँच रिपोर्ट, बायोप्सी/स्कैन (यदि हों), चल रही दवाओं की सूची, आधार कार्ड और आयुष्मान कार्ड साथ लाएँ। रिपोर्ट पहले भेजनी हों तो dchmh@hotmail.com पर ईमेल करें।

How do I book an appointment online?

Use the Book Appointment page: pick a department, doctor, date and time slot. You will get a reference code immediately, and our desk confirms by phone. You can also create a patient account to track all your visits in one place.
