Worried about something? Look it up
Look Up a Symptom लक्षण देखें — किस लक्षण का क्या मतलब हो सकता है, और कितनी जल्दी दिखाना चाहिए
Most symptoms here have harmless explanations — this page exists so the few that matter are never ignored. It is guidance, not diagnosis: when in doubt, one OPD visit settles what months of worrying cannot.

A skin wound or sore that has not healed in 4–6 weeks despite dressing needs a biopsy — chronic non-healing ulcers can turn cancerous.
A note from the doctors
This page cannot examine you, and no website can. Its only job is to make sure a warning sign gets seen by a doctor while it is still early. If a symptom here has been with you for weeks — come in. The visit is short; the reassurance (or the head start) lasts.
