Abstract Submission & Onco-Quiz — Key Guidelines
Call for Abstracts
- Submit as an MS Word file
- Original work; not presented or published elsewhere
- Only one abstract per presenting author
- Presenter must be registered for the conference and UP-AROI; presence in person is required
- Original research for poster; Best Posters (JR-5, SR-5, MP-3, MP Student/Intern-3) considered for oral best paper; case reports as posters only
- Young faculty eligible for direct oral (top five by Scientific Committee)

Submission Format
- Registration ID is mandatory
- Presenting Author: Surname, Initials (bold + underline); designation, institution, city; email; phone
- Co-authors: Surname, initials
- Title: short and indicative
- Original studies: Introduction, Aims & Objectives, Materials & Method, Results, Conclusion (≤ 300 words)
- Case reports: Introduction, Case history, Discussion (rationale & lessons), Conclusion (≤ 250 words)
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single spacing; use standard abbreviations (expand on first use)
- Review: Scientific Committee will notify acceptance via email
Award Categories
- Oral Young Faculty Paper (Assistant Professor; Age ≤ 35 years)
- Oral Best Paper Award (Senior Residents)
- Oral Best Paper Award (Junior Residents)
- Oral Medical Physics Paper
- Oral Medical Physicist Student/Intern Paper
- Best Poster Presentation (case report category)
Onco-Quiz Guidelines
- Registration at venue (opt-in)
- One team per institute/college/centre; participants must be junior residents (MD/DNB)
- Team of 3 members; Top 5 teams to Finals (Prelims if entries > 5)
- No substitutions after name submission; absence at venue implies withdrawal
- Two prizes: First & Second
- Submit team names by 30 Sep 2025, 17:00 hrs — No spot registration
